Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Addriva provides virtual business address services, mail receipt, mail scanning, forwarding, and related administrative support services. We do not provide physical office space for daily occupancy unless otherwise stated in writing.

All services are subject to compliance with United States Postal Service (USPS) regulations and completion of required documentation, including but not limited to USPS Form 1583 and identity verification requirements.

2. Eligibility & Compliance

Clients must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete identification documents
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws
• Not use the address for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes

Addriva reserves the right to deny or terminate service if compliance standards are not met.

3. Subscription & Billing

• All plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) are subscription-based and billed monthly in advance.
• Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days.
• Payment is due on the billing date associated with your account.
• Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel services by submitting written notice via their account dashboard or email at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.
• Services remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• No prorated refunds will be issued.
• Setup or administrative fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Upon cancellation:

• Mail will be held for up to 14 days.
• After 14 days, mail may be returned to sender or securely discarded in accordance with postal regulations.
• Clients are responsible for updating their address with all senders.

5. Mail Handling & Liability

Addriva acts solely as a mail-receiving agent.

We are not liable for:

• Delayed mail delivery by USPS or other carriers
• Lost, damaged, or misdirected mail caused by third-party carriers
• Contents of mail or packages

Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with shipping restrictions. Prohibited items may be refused or returned.

6. Prohibited Uses

The virtual address may NOT be used for:

• Illegal activities
• Fraudulent representations
• Misleading government filings
• Receiving hazardous or prohibited materials
• Activities that violate banking, compliance, or AML regulations

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Identity Verification & Regulatory Compliance

• Addriva may perform identity verification and compliance checks to prevent fraud, money laundering, or misuse of services.
• Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or termination.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment fails beyond the grace period
• False information is provided
• Illegal or suspicious activity is detected
• These Terms are violated

Upon termination, mail handling procedures outlined in Section 4 apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Addriva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of services.
• Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client during the preceding 30 days.

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Addriva from claims, liabilities, damages, or legal fees arising from misuse of the service or violation of applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
