Form 1583 is the USPS form that authorizes a mail service like Addriva to receive mail on your behalf. Federal rules require it for every virtual address client. We collect it during signup, and notary services are included at no additional charge.
Can I use this address for my bank account and business filings?
You can use it as your business address for state filings, licenses, and your website or marketing. Some banks have their own address policies, so check with yours before you open an account.
Do you forward mail?
Yes. Mail forwarding is available as an add-on to your address plan.
Do you accept packages?
Not yet. Addriva currently handles mail and business address use only. We plan to begin package and parcel receiving in 2027.
