📅 Subscription Term
All Addriva plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) are billed monthly and automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled.
✉️ How to Cancel
Customers may cancel at any time by:
- Submitting a cancellation request through their online account dashboard
- Emailing support at support@addriva.com
- Submitting a written request 7 days before the next billing cycle
Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to renewal to avoid the next billing charge.
📆 Effective Date of Cancellation
- Services remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial-month cancellations.
- No prorated refunds.
Example: If billed on the 1st and cancellation is requested on the 15th, service continues until the 30th.
📬 Mail Handling After Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
- Customers must update their mailing address with all senders immediately.
- Addriva will hold mail for 14 days after service ends.
After 14 days:
- Mail may be returned to sender, shredded, or disposed of in accordance with USPS regulations.
Optional add-on: Customers may request mail forwarding at standard shipping rates during the 14-day transition period.
⚠️ Non-Payment
If payment fails:
- 3-day grace period
- After 3 days: account suspension
- After 14 days: mail returned to sender
- After 30 days: account permanently closed
💰 Refund Policy
- No refunds for partial months.
- Setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Promotional discounts do not apply retroactively.
