Cancellation Policy

📅 Subscription Term

All Addriva plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) are billed monthly and automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled.

✉️ How to Cancel

Customers may cancel at any time by:

  • Submitting a cancellation request through their online account dashboard
  • Emailing support at support@addriva.com
  • Submitting a written request 7 days before the next billing cycle

Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to renewal to avoid the next billing charge.

📆 Effective Date of Cancellation

  • Services remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial-month cancellations.
  • No prorated refunds.

Example: If billed on the 1st and cancellation is requested on the 15th, service continues until the 30th.

📬 Mail Handling After Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Customers must update their mailing address with all senders immediately.
  • Addriva will hold mail for 14 days after service ends.

After 14 days:

  • Mail may be returned to sender, shredded, or disposed of in accordance with USPS regulations.

Optional add-on: Customers may request mail forwarding at standard shipping rates during the 14-day transition period.

⚠️ Non-Payment

If payment fails:

  • 3-day grace period
  • After 3 days: account suspension
  • After 14 days: mail returned to sender
  • After 30 days: account permanently closed

💰 Refund Policy

  • No refunds for partial months.
  • Setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Promotional discounts do not apply retroactively.
